HEY STAFF!

Our communications form is for staff to submit communication requests that are needed for thier ministries. When you have need for a graphic, announcement, web page, etc, please submit this form and the communications team will do their best to work with your requests.

A few things to know:

1. All requests file through Brooke and Michael. One of them will be following up with you once you have submitted the form.

2. Please take the time to think through everything prior to submitting the form and fill out all necessary information.

3. Graphics and event information should ideally be filled out 2 months in advance and no less than 4 weeks in advance. 2 months guarantees

the project will be completed by your requested deadline.
